• Sehat Ki Baat

Islam ke hisab se har insan ko apni sehat aur badan ka bhi khyal
rakhna chahiye. Hazrat Muhammad (sallallahu alyhiwasallam) ne sehat ke
liye bhi bahut kuch farmaya hai, dekhiye -
•Jo Log Khane Se Pehle Thoda Namak Chakh Lein
Woh Log 30 Qism Ki Bimariyon se bache Rehte hein.
•Khajoor Ko Nashte Mein istemal Karo Taake Tumhare andar ke
Jarasim ka Khatma Ho jaye.
• Kisi baat ka gham ho to Kheer Kha liya karo
• Zukam Se Mat Ghabrao Yeh Tumhein Junoon (ek bimari) Se Mehfooz Rakhta Hai.
• Kalonji Mein Maut Ke Siwa har Beemari ka elaj hai.
• Aankh ka dukhna (aankh aana) Andhe Hone se Mehfooz rakhta hai.
•Khansi ke hone se falij se hifazat rehti hai.
